Form for Artists
Changeover Festival 2026 will take place October 7–10 in Belgrade, featuring more than 80 artists performing in more than 10 of the city’s most unconventional venues.
The festival’s core mission is to create a space for extraordinary musicians to be discovered and heard — and we are looking for artists to step into it.
Selected artists will receive:
• The opportunity to perform original music alongside international and regional artists shaping the independent scene.
• Access to a live festival audience of 5,000+ music lovers, tastemakers, and industry professionals.
• Promotion through Changeover channels, local media, and festival partners with a combined reach of 2M+ listeners.
• Access to the Changeover conference program including talks, open-tables, discussions, and networking sessions with music industry professionals.
• Full pass for each member of the team and one delegate pass per band
• A professional stage with production setup and all necessary technical equipment tailored to your performance
• International artists will be provided with accommodation for each band member on the night of their performance.

— full festival access for the entire team (including one Pro Pass per band)
— local transfer and accommodation for international acts
— catering (1 hot meal per member) and drinks
— sound and backline equipment according to your technical rider, with professional production support

The independent contemporary underground music festival Changeover is now opening applications for delegates and industry professionals for the 2026 edition.
We invite music professionals, curators, journalists, promoters, managers, label representatives, festival bookers, and emerging industry voices to join us in Belgrade and become part of the Changeover community.
Changeover Festival 2026 will take place October 7–10, bringing together 80+ artists performing across 13 unconventional venues throughout the city.
Beyond the concerts, Changeover is a space where new connections are formed, ideas are exchanged, and future collaborations begin.

*Conditions
- The festival does not cover travel or accommodation costs
- Delegates are responsible for organizing their own travel and stay in Belgrade
- Selected delegates will receive free access passes for all festival days
